These six notecards were made from pages of the journal I kept while I was preparing for the trunk show at the Harwood Museum store in Taos.  Some are diagrams of the book structures and images used in the books in the show.

All cards are 5″ x 7″, with envelopes, packaged in a clear sleeve, and retail for $5.00.

They are numbered from left to right as follows:

These cards are pages from a sketchbook I kept during a artist’s residency at the Ragdale Foundation in October 2009.  I spent hours walking on the prairie, drawing the plants, animals and landscape.  I am very grateful to the Ragdale Foundation staff for all their generous support while I was a resident there.

The card codes are, from left to right, RD 01, RD 02, RD 03, RD 04 and RD 05.

All cards are folded, 5″x7″, enclosed in a clear plastic sleeve, and printed on an Epson Stylus Photo R2400 inkjet printer.  They retail for $5.00 each.

I live in an old adobe house in rural northern New Mexico.  I fill my journals with drawings of the plants, animals, insects and landscapes that surround me.  These explorations become the “Sketchbook Journal” cards.
